Adam comes to MIT with 20 years of coaching experience. As a junior player, Adam attained the number 1 New England ranking in both singles and doubles and was one of the highest ranked players in the country. After graduating from the Hotchkiss School in Lakeville CT, Adam moved to Orlando, Florida and trained at the prestigious LGE Tennis Academy where he competed on the satellite/future level of the ATP tour for three years. During his time in Florida, Adam developed a coaching relationship with Sargis Sargsian (former no. 38 singles and 33 doubles ATP player in the world). Now residing in Fairfield, Connecticut, Adam has run the high performance junior program at several area clubs. He is regarded as one of the top high performance coaches in Connecticut. Adam has individually worked with many boys and girls who have reached the number 1 position on their high school teams ranging all the way from Hartford down to Greenwich. Several of these players went on to achieve the top rank in the New England Section, a high national ranking, and then went on to play high level Division 1 tennis.
Adam enjoys working with players of all ages and levels, helping each become βthe best player they can be.β
Adam is also an avid paddle tennis player and has been nationally ranked for the past seven years.
